Strict pricing schedules are hard to develop for a web site since there are so many variables. For example, size of the home, age, foundation type (concrete slab or pier and beam), extras such as a pool, spa, sprinkler systems, well, water analysis, inspections that are more than 50 miles out of town, and termite inspections.
But, just for an example an average 1500 sq ft home with the Termite Inspection ususally costs $275.oo. 2000 sq ft with Termite Inspection is $295.00. These prices are general in nature and are subject to change.
I also generally give a discount for 2nd inspections just in case the first house deal did not go through.
